Jack served in the U.S. Navy from 1935 until 1955. Following his discharge from the military, he farmed in Eltopia from 1956 until 1975. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling. Jack and Jewel enjoyed Rv'ing across the country and visiting family and friends.
