ELIZABETH "ALLESANDRINA" MORETTI, 91, of North Williams Street, a retired floral designer, died Saturday at Morgan Health Center.
She was the wife of the late Adelgiso Moretti. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Frank and Annamarie (Simmonelli) Spirito, she moved to Cranston in 1940, and had lived there before moving to Johnston in 1999.
Mrs. Moretti had worked as a floral designer for California Artificial Flowers, Cranston, for 17 years, retiring in 1977.
She leaves a son, Joseph V. Moretti of Cranston; a daughter, Annamarie P. Fera of Johnston; four brothers, Frank Jr. and John Spirito, both of Cranston, and Louis and Vincent Spirito, both of Providence; three sisters, Mary Spirito, Ann Del Nero and Carmella Izzo, all of Providence; and seven grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Domenic Spirito.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Mary Church, Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
