John N. Ozga, 69, of 1010 S. 26th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Leschke-Bergner Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Ozga was born in Poland on April 2, 1886, and came to the United States and Manitowoc with his parents in 1901. He married the former Clara Narkowsky on Sept. 22, 1909. She preceded him in death a number of years ago. Mr. Ozga was employed at the Aluminum Goods Mfg. Co. and retired four years ago. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of the church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. John Kocarek, Mrs. Louis Reindl and Mrs. Ellsworth Zlathohavek of Manitowoc; a brother Thomas, four sisters, Mrs. Bernice Szatwoski, Mrs. Blanche Grochowski, Mrs. Bertha Kowalski and Mrs. Prokseda Sobiech of Poland; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited by the Daughters of Isabella at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and by the Holy Name Society at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
