Funeral services for Raymond "Jr. Boy" Buchanan Jr., 47, Tyler, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at North Star Baptist Church with Pastor Charles E. Faulks officiating.
Burial will be in New Home Cemetery, Overton, under direction of Brooks-Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors, Tyler.
Mr. Buchanan died Feb. 29, 2012, in a local hospital.
He was born April 22, 1964, in Tyler. He was a lifelong resident of Tyler and attended John Tyler High School.
He was preceded in death by brother, Gerald Dwayne Buchanan, and sister, Sandra Kaye Buchanan.
Survivors include parents, Rose Mary Gipson-Buchanan and Raymond Buchanan Sr.; brother, Tony Darrell Buchanan; and nephew, Carlos Pollard.
