Sara Coffman Bryant, 91, of Glasgow died Sunday January 19, 2014 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late William Perry Coffman & the late Mary Woods Richardson Coffman. Mrs. Bryant was retired Social worker employed by the Kentucky Department of Social Services. She was a graduate of Centre College in Danville, KY. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution Edmund Roger's Chapter and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Glasgow.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Mary Woods Nash (Mike) of Glasgow, Catherine Clark Brantley (Perry) of Glasgow and Sarah Scott Waterfill (Steve) of Louisville. 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Dr. Joseph Allen Bryant.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday January 21, 2014 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday January 21, 2014 from 11:00am until time for services.
In addition to Flowers a memorial contribution may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 200 E. Washington Street, Glasgow, KY 42141
