Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Jo Maxwell, age 83, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 19, 2014 from the Livingston Church of Christ with Bro. Chris Coil and Bro. Bobby Gore officiating. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m.
Mrs. Maxwell passed away January 17, 2014 at her home. She was born August 1, 1930 in Jackson County to the late Monroe and Elizabeth Davis Malone. She was the secretary/treasurer of Cumberland Manufacturing in Livingston.
She was a member of the Livingston Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Fred H. Maxwell of Livingston; 2 sons, Gary Maxwell & wife, Lucretia of Cookeville and Greg Maxwell & wife, Ina of Crossville; daughter, Elizabeth Faulkner & husband, Rodney of Livingston; 5 grandchildren: Davis Maxwell, Lee Maxwell, Gregory Maxwell, Mary Beth Maxwell, and Maxwell Woodard; and a brother, Jimmy Malone of Indianapolis, IN.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother: Charles Malone.
