Actor. Born in Washington D.C., he began his career as a child performer in the silent film "Pied Piper Malone" (1924). His other film credits include "There's Something About a Soldier" (1943), "When Willie Comes Marching Home" (1950), "Stagecoach" (1966), "Stigma" (1972) and "The Chicken Chronicles" (1977). He also appeared as a regular on many TV shows such as "World of Giants", "Wanted: Dead or Alive", "Peter Gunn", "Kojak" and did the voiceover as Dr. Cornelius on the "Return to the Planet of the Apes" series. He died at age 63 in Los Angeles, California.
