Mildred L. Dunn, 99, formerly of New Matamoras went to be with her Lord on Thursday February 7, 2008 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born near Fly, Ohio on September 28, 1908, to Harvey G. and Anna R. Haught Bradfield.

Mildred attended school in a one room school house on Jim Run, near Fly, Ohio and graduated from Stover High School in New Matamoras, Ohio in 1926.

She was married to Harvey R. Dunn on August 1, 1928 at Middlebourne, W. Va. Harvey died on August 5, 1980.

Mildred was a homemaker and a member and Past Worthy Matron of Matamoras Chapter No. 261 Order of Eastern Star since 1933 and she was also a member of Matamoras United Methodist Church.
She loved to travel and visit with her family and friends.

She is survived by two sons, William G. Dunn (Donaldeen) of Reno, Ohio and Joseph R. Dunn (Nancy) of Delaware, Ohio. Seven Grandchildren , William G. Dunn Jr. (Rosie) of Phoenix, Arizona, Steven R. Dunn (Maria) of Reno, Ohio, Donald H. Dunn (Renae) of Winchester, Virginia, Tami S Kluckman (James) of Leesburg, Virginia, Kimberly A. Dunn of Lancaster, Ohio, Joseph R. Dunn II (Peggy) of Oviedo, Florida, and Christopher E. Dunn (Sherry) of Oviedo, Florida. 24 great grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Dunn, two brothers Earl and Merle Bradfield and a Great Grandson Jason Dunn.

Services will held at Hadley Funeral Home New Matamoras Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Monday with Pastor Joseph R. Dunn II officiating. The family will receive friends at Hadley Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday February 10, 2008. There will be Eastern Star services Sunday evening at 8:00 P.M.
Burial will be in Matamoras Cemetery.
