Bobby Waid Parts Store Owner
MACON ? Services for Bobby Waid will be held today at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Macon, with the Rev. Byron Pickering officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Limb Cemetery in Crawford with Cockrell Funeral Home, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Waid, 66, of Macon, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
He was employed as a motor parts store owner and operator.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Waid of Macon, two daughters; Pam W. Persons of Macon and Stephanie W. Heflin of Starkville, a son; Jay Waid of Clanton, Ala., five grandchildren; Matt and Julianna Persons, Beau Waid and Noah and Nason Heflin, and a sister, Melly Moore of Macon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. and Mary Elizabeth Barnhill Waid.
