Frank Otis Donley's parents was Charles Otis and Myrtle Donley and after marrying in Denver they lived in Iowa. Charles died in 1917 when Frank was only two years old. His mother moved back to Denver, CO and is living there in the 1920 US census. Frank is in an orphanage in Denver. In 1923 Myrtle remarries to Harry Ivan Foreman in May 1923. Frank Otis Donley is living with Harry and Myrtle in Longmont, CO in the 1930 US census. Harry and Myrtle continue to live in Longmont per the 1940 US census. Myrtle FOREMAN died in Apr 1967 while still living in Longmont, CO. Note: Myrtle Foreman did not marry to Francis White in 1935. That was Myrtle Davis.
