David R. DAY, 54, Fort Wayne, died Monday at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. A native of Denver, he began working at General Motors as a carpenter in 1985. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Andrea [DAY], at home; one daughter, Bethanie BULTEMEIER, Fort Wayne; one son, Kevin [DAY], Fort Wayne, one brother, Dallas DAY, Fort Wayne; and a grandson, Damon BULTEMEIER. Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Friday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 Indiana Highway 930 East, New Haven. Visitation is 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Akron Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Miami Nation of Indians of the State of Indiana Inc.,P.O. Box 41, Peru, IN, 46970.
