Sheila Joyce (Conlon) Riley, 79, a longtime resident of Lowell, who worked at hospitals in the city, died Friday morning, April 14, 2006 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was born in Dracut, July 12, 1926, daughter of the late John and Mary Etta (Mitchell) Conlon. She graduated from Immaculate Conception Grammar School and Immaculate Conception High School.
Mrs. Riley was employed as a dietitian for more than 20 years at the former St. Joseph Hospital, in Lowell, as well as Saints Memorial Medical Center.
She is survived by three children and two grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Judith Casserly and her husband, Francis, Jean Callahan, Ruth Bourk, and Richard McCaffrey; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was also the sister of the late Ralph, Paul, Rita, and Raymond Conlon, and Alice McCaffrey and Ruth Reardon.
