Joyce T. Rasin (nee Taylor), of Harrisburg, PA and Blackwood, NJ died on January 8, 2014, at the age of 88. She was the beloved widow of William H. Rasin who died in 2000. She was the devoted mother of Wiliam H. Rasin (Rosemarie) of Easton, MD; Joanne Wilhelm (Richard) of Harrisburg, PA; and Sandra Tait (John) of Blackwood, NJ. She also is survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, nieces and nephews. Before her retirement Joyce worked for the Brotherhood Relief and Compensation Fund of Harrisburg and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Services and interment are at the convenience of the family.
