Ames and Ringle, both of whom attended school at Delhi, are sons of prominent Richland farmers residing south of here. The two boys were at play in a pasture when the tragic accident occurred.
The victim is a son of John Ames while the father of [Clifford] [Ringle] is Henry [Ringle]. Both parents are well known in this vicinity and the boys have a wide circle of friends who sincerely mourn the unfortunate affair.
According to information here early today, funeral services will be held in this city some time this afternoon.
