Dale Gordon Manning passed away peacefully with family and friends by his side on Sunday, January 12, 2014, in Tucson at the age of 75.

He is survived by his loving mother, Ruth Manning; sister, Barbara Marshall; brother, Neal (Reva) Manning and beloved wife of 53 years, Roberta (Autrey) Manning; three children, Diana (Jack) Anderson, David (Sandy) Manning and Elizabeth (Marty) Ryan; three grandsons, Jacob (Elise), Philip and Martin; two granddaughters, Micah and Hailey and two great-grandchildren, Esther and Matthew; nephew and nieces. Dear friends, Enrique and Veronica Acosta whom Dale embraced as family… as well as countless family, friends and fishing buddies.

Dale worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 46 years and was very active in the Union. He retired in 2005. He loved his family, fishing, arguing, telling stories, hard work and a good nap. He will forever be in our hearts and will be greatly missed.

Please join us in celebrating Dale's life on Monday, January 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at First Christian Church, 740 East Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85719. Arrangements by Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary.
