Mrs. Annie May Barnhart, the widow of J. Harvey Barnhart, died yesterday at 3:05 p.m. at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Wagner, Spring Grove RD 2, with whom she resided. She was 85.

Mrs. Barnhart, daughter of the late Jacob and Amanda Luckenbaugh Sipling,

She was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of St. Peters (Lischey) Union Church. Her husband died in 1950.

Surviving, besides her daughter, is 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, and a brother, Clinton W. Sipling, Hanover.

Rev. James L. Ishler, Mrs. Barnhart’s pastor, will officiate at funeral services Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Sauter Funeral Home, North Main Street.

Interment will be in St. Peter’s Church Cemetery.
