Cherrie Joann Osborn, 63, of Tulsa, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, at her home. Born May 6, 1950, in San Bernardino, Calif., she was the daughter of Charles Wayne and Elsie (Kilburn) Wilkerson. She grew up and graduated high school in Haywood. She was a registered nurse in Tulsa. She attended the United Christ Methodist Church in Tulsa. Survivors include three sisters, Doris Jean Marudas, of McAlester, Carol Simmons, Olympia, Wash., and Deborah Dawn Akin, of Holdenville; one brother, Charles Wayne Wilkerson, of Duncan, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Beverly Clark. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at Brumley-Mills Chapel with the Rev. Clarence Brinkley officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester. Pallbearers will be Aaron Kilburn, Thomas Kilburn, Eric Clark, Russell Clark, Brandon Clark and Jacob Stacey.
