Charles Donald Ensley, 74, of 519 Pineridge Road, died January 15, 2014 at his home.
A native of Greer, son of the late Paul and Agnes Gentry Ensley, he was a retired employee of Springs Industries, a US Army/Air Force Veteran and a member of El Bethel Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, JoAnn Bogan Ensley of the home; two sons, Donald Ensley, Sr., of Duncan and Jeffrey Ensley, Sr., of Greer; two daughters, Kim Hand and husband Barry of Reidville and Pam Patterson of Duncan; one brother, Gary Ensley and wife Carolyn of Greer; one sister, Glenda Bogan and husband Doug of Greer; eight grandchildren, Dana Murphy, Keith Ensley, Jeffrey Ensley, Jared Ensley, Michelle Ensley, Leland Hand, Krystal Hand and Josh Patterson and six great-grandchildren, Jordan Murphy, Jeffrey Scott Ensley, III, Brianna Hand, Kyliegh Smith, Cason Lockaby and Brylee Lockaby.
Mr. Ensley was predeceased by one brother, Gary Ensley.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Joe Seay. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held 7:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday at Wood Mortuary.
