William Riley Bookout, age 67, of Trussville, Alabama passed away on January 12th, 2014, surrounded by family and friends. Riley was born and raised in Birmingham, Al to Ruth and William Bookout. Riley was an avid artist, habitual jokester, and book worm. He spent most of his life working in landscaping and sales Riley is survived by his two daughters; Jessica Lynn Lucky (Chris), and Joanna Leigh Shew (John), His two grandsons; Sebastian William Shew, and Levon Riley Shew. His former wife and lifelong friend, Catherine Lucille Eason. His brother Samuel Leland Bookout (Lisa) and his sister Sally Ruth Melton (Ronald). He is Predeceased in death by his mother, Ruth Elsie Graves, father, William Henderson Bookout, and his younger brother, Wayne Miller Bookout. He will have a memorial service January 18th, 2014 at Valley East Baptist Church in Pinson, Al. Visitation Will be at 11:00 am followed by a service at 12:00pm.
