The West Adams Heritage Association nominated the Roberta Apartments at 2424-2430 as an HCM. This French Eclectic Revival building was designed by architect Edward Butler Rust and constructed in 1921. Rust was also the architect of the Los Altos Hotel & Apartments on Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. It is now designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1925, the building is also on the National Register of Historic Places. Located at 4121 Wilshire Boulevard in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
