Mrs. Hays was a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church and Oakview Homemakers Club. She was also the retired office manager for the Department of Agriculture/Tobacco Division.
Mrs. Hays is survived by her husband Bobby Lee Hays of Bowling Green, KY, two daughters; Ronda Hays Timms (Greg) of Raymore, MO, Terri Hays Burke (Scott) of Bowling Green, KY, two grand-children; Taylor Burke, Kristen Burke, and one step grandchild; Kayley Timms.
Funeral services were at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Bowling Green Gardens.
