Earlene Butler, 80, of Bodcaw, AR passed away January 10, 2014 in Prescott, AR.
Mrs. Butler was born August 14, 1933 in Bodcaw, AR to Erliss and Denver Mattison Grisham.
Mrs. Butler was retired from PNW Railroad and a lifelong member of the Bodcaw #1 Baptist Church where she served as clerk for 43 years.
Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her parents, and a special step mother Aline Grisham Claus.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Dexter Butler of the home; sons Todd Butler (Annette) of Bodcaw, AR and David Butler (Peggy) of Blevins, AR; daughter Phyllis Vines (Mike) of Cabot, AR; grandsons Chris, Chad, and Cody; one great grandson Wesley.
Visitation for Mrs. Butler will be Monday, January 13, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home chapel in Hope, AR.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Bodcaw #1 Baptist Church with Bro. Lane Garner and Bro. David Hampton officiating with interment to follow in the Bodcaw Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home of Hope, AR.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Bodcaw #1 Baptist Church.
