Paul lived in St. Paul all of his life, except for his six years in the military as Captain in the Army Air Force during WWII. He served his country as a reconnaissance P-51 Fighter Pilot. He loved teaching and taught math and science at Spring Lake HS for 30 years and then 11 more years as a substitute after retiring. Paul was a loving husband to his wonderful wife, always the romantic with surprises for her on special holidays. Two of his great loves were Yellowstone Nat. Park and mountain climbing.
