She was born in Old Salem, Texas, to Leonard and Laura Cheek Wilson. Mrs. Lane has lived in Hemphill for five years coming from Hohenwald, TN. She had attended the Church of Christ in Hohenwald, Tennessee.
She is survived by her sons; Scott Morrison and his wife Gwen of Hemphill, Mark Morrison of Dallas, her daughters; Gina Watley and her husband Wes of Midland, TX, Delores Arseno of Mississippi, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
