Peggy Fowler, 61 of Newbern, Tennessee died on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at her residence in Newbern, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, November 12, 1952 in Big Sandy, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Odell Lowry and the late Nadine Pierpoint Lowry.
She was a retired employee of World Color Press and Member of Dew Drop Independent Church.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 16, 2014, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with Rev. James Hooper and Rev. Jimmy Goodman officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern,
Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Fowler of Newbern, Tennessee; one son, Kelly Fowler (Joyel) of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Ronnie Lowery of Newbern, Tennessee; four sisters, Carrie Tripp (Junior) of East Prairie, Missouri,, Carol Blair (Eddie) of RoEllen, Tennessee, Diane Pratt of Halls, Tennessee and Sherry Stoneburner (Thomas) of Newbern, Tennessee and four-grandchildren, Lindsey Fowler and Nikki Fowler both of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Alissa Belton and Cody Belton both of Newbern, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jeffy Lowry, Walter Lowery and Bobbie Lowry and one sister, Anna Upchurch.
