MILTON - Sally Stubbendick, age 82, of Milton, WI, died Thursday, June 10, 2004, at University Hospital, Madison, WI.
She was born on Jan. 9, 1922, in Milton Junction, daughter of Clifford and Clara (Shade) Green. She lived in Milton all her life. Sally married Robert Stubbendick on July 12, 1958; he died in February, 2000. She graduated from Milton High School in 1940 and was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary. She loved to bowl and dearly loved NASCAR.
Surviving are 2 sons, Mike (Janet) Sessler of Milton and Willis Cross of Indianford, WI; 2 daughters, Sandy Metcalf of Janesville, WI, and Jackie Bickle of Concord, NC; grandchildren: Rich Bickle Jr., Tom (Gina) Metcalf Jr., Tracey Metcalf, Gregory (Therese) Sessler, Carol (Brian) Bruess, Lynn Sessler and Brian (Deb) Cross; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2004, at Albrecht Funeral Home, Hwy. 26, Milton. Rev. Glenn Skatrud will officiate. Burial will be in Milton Junction Cemetery.
