Donna Schwartz, age 72 of the Town of Lake, WI died January 4, 2012 at Bay Area Medical Center of Marinette, WI. She was born November 29, 1939 in the Town of Peshtigo, WI to the late Henry and Alma (Anker) Behnke.
She married Donald Schwartz on November 30, 1957 in St. Joseph Church in Marinette. The couple resided in the Town of Lake, where they farmed for 30 years.
She worked at Peshtigo and Crivitz Pharmacies; the Marinette County Elderly Services for 20 years. She enjoyed camping and playing cards. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Crivitz.
Surviving are her husband Donald;
four daughters: Deb Runke of Green Bay, WI; Susan (Dan) VanDeWalle of Peshtigo, WI; Sally (Nick) Witt of Crivitz, WI and Michelle (Bill) Propson of Cato, WI;
three sons: Bob; Dave (Jan) both of Porterfield, WI and Mike (Annmarie) of Appleton, WI;
two sisters: Bernice Fischer of Manitowoc, WI and Lorraine Beaudoin of Marinette, WI;
19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, with 3 on the way.
She was preceded in death by two sisters Doris and Lucille and 2 brothers Orville and Earl Behnke.
