Mabel Fletcher, born 9/1/1910, passed away peacefully in her sleep 1/11/2014 at the age of 103 surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Skylar [sic], Nebraska but was a resident of Eugene and Springfield since 1947 when she moved here from Denver with her husband, Lawrence Fletcher, and their daughter, Jeanette. Lawrence preceded Mabel's death in 1973. Mabel's survivors include her daughter, Jeanette Marty; 2 granddaughters: Teri-Marty Burns and Sheri-Marty Shields; 6 great-grandchildren: Nichole, Austin, Alyssa, Megan, Brianna, and Mekayla.
