Marion Edward Samson, 62, 21 Jean Ave., died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 1988, at Dukes Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 29, 1926 in Peru, to Joseph O. and Sylvia Black Samspon.
Surviving are one brother, Joseph of Harrison, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Sampson was a 1944 graduate of International Business College of Fort Wayne. an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, he received the Bronze Star and two Combat Invasion of Korea decorations.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rankin Cemetery, Miami County, the Rev. Dr. Clyde Mayfield officiating.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home.
