Douglas Carmichael Fulton, 68, of West Palm Beach passed away Saturday of a heart attack. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles B. Fulton and Imogene Carmichael Fulton. He received his undergraduate business degree and law degree from the University of Miami. He practiced law in West Palm Beach and was an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County for 25 years. During his tenure there he was chief of several different divisions, with the majority of his time spent as the Chief of the Belle Glade division. Later in life he obtained both his masters and doctorate degrees in theology. He was on the board of directors for Zion's Hope, a messianic ministry. He was a member of Beth Sar Shalom Messianic Congregation. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Duncan Fulton; son, Douglas C. Fulton, Jr. (Kelli); daughter, Deborah F. Harrison (Curtis); grandchildren, David and Lindsay Fulton; and grandchildren, Ashlee, Stephanie and JC Harrison; brother, Charles B. Fulton, Jr. (Carolyn) of Marietta, GA and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extened family members. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach. The Funeral will be Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM, at First Baptist Church, 1101 S. Flagler Dr., West Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to either Zion's Hope, Inc., P.O.
