Connie was born in Tacoma Washington September 14, 1943 to Eva Elizabeth O'Donnell , and graduated Foster Senior High School in Seattle, 1961. She married Lawrence Day, A retired Air Force officer in Port Angeles Wa. on August 12, 1984, and had 3 children from a previous marriage.
Connie was a third generation self taught artist, whose favorite painting medium was acrylic on canvas. Her paintings were exhibited at local restaurants, as well as a boutique hair salon in Los Angeles. Connie loved tole painting and other crafts such as doll making and floral design. Her impeccable eye and sense of color also contributed to her amazing flair for interior design as well as landscape design. She had vision for what was possible and was always willing to share her creative ideas with friends, family or anyone in need of inspiration.
