Mildred, 83, of Eaton Rapids, passed away January 12, 2014. Midge was the daughter of Charles and Pearl (Chesney) Larson.

She attended Holt High School, played clarinet in the band and was a cheerleader. Midge retired from Meijer where she was a clerk and a United Food Worker Union Representative.

She was a huge U of M fan, and loved chocolate. Midge enjoyed going to auctions, attending family reunions, watching wildlife, and spoiling her dogs.

She was a member of Holt United Methodist Church and Griffith United Methodist Church. Midge was a founding member of SIREN/Eaton Shelter and a member of the Eaton Rapids Senior Center and the Eaton Area Senior Center.

Midge is survived by her children, Lester (Mary) Holley III of SC, Patricia Holley of Mason, Vicki Reed of Olivet, Rhonda (Rod) Pressley of SC, Cindy Miller Holley of Charlotte, Cheryl (Tim) Skinner of Eaton Rapids, Gerald Holley of Battle Creek, Donald Holley of Eaton Rapids; 27 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; sister, Pat Currin of Holt; sister-in-laws, Donna Holley of Eaton Rapids, Lois Holley of CA; daughter-in-law, Judy Holley of Eaton Rapids; son-in-law, Rod Farr of Charlotte.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Holley; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; son, Larry Holley; daughter, Karen Farr; granddaughter, Mindy Reed

Funeral services were Friday, January 17, 2014 at Holt United Methodist Church, Holt, MI with Pastor Glenn Wagner officiating and special guest, Rev. Chuck Jensen.
