Marlene Adele Oliver, 76 of Rapid City, died peacefully on Thursday, January 9, 2014.at Golden Living Center-Meadowbrook in Rapid City.
Marlene was born on November 23, 1937 to Harold Gray and Erma (Budmayr) Gray-Winkelman and raised in Deadwood, SD.
She loved her family and friends, enjoyed writing and sending letters and spent her whole life in South Dakota.
Marlene is survived by her daughter, Diane Colhoff; sons, Dale Arsaga and Daniel Shepersky; step-father, Ken Winkelman; step-sister, Karan Winkelman; step-brother, Norman Winkelman; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish.
A Rosary service will be at 10:00 A.M. and Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. with burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Deadwood.
