H.H. Wilson, 83, of rural Napton, MO, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Marshall FFA Chapter, Salt Fork YMCA, or Smith Chapel Cemetery Fund. Born November 9, 1929 in Napton, MO he was the son of the late George S. Wilson and Helen Heckman Wilson. He had lived in Saline County his entire life where he owned and operated H.H. Wilson Excavating Company. On December 18, 1953 he married Betty L. Janes who preceded him in death on December 18, 2012. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Land Improvement Contractors Association and Marshall Masonic Lodge 205 A.F. & A.M.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Martin and husband Tim of Marshall, MO, Kimberly Davis and husband Jerry of Miami, MO; four grandchildren, Nichole Davis, J.W. Davis, Jacob Davis, and Erika Martin; one niece, LuAnn Brown of Grand Prairie, TX; and one nephew, Brent Wilson of Grand Prairie, TX.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert F. Wilson.
