DALE EDWARD WIDMER, 60, of Salisbury, Missouri died Friday, January 10, 2014 at Moberly Regional Medical Center. Dale was born July 29, 1953 in Marceline, Missouri the son of Albert Franklin and Kathyrn Elizabeth (Abeln) Widmer. He married Dana Williams on August 16, 1999 in Las Vegas.

Dale was a graduate of St. Joseph High School class of 1971. He was an electrician for Capital Electric and had own and operated the Broadway Bar in Salisbury. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and he enjoyed hunting and trapping.

Dale is survived by his wife Dana of the home, brother Wayne (Therese) Widmer of Columbia, sisters Karen (Norman) McFadden of Salisbury, Donna J. Widmer of Columbia, and Linda L. Flaspohler of Moberly, father-in-law Don Williams of Salisbury, aunt, Anna Mae Comadoll of Rockford, IL, and brother-in-law Hank Thies of Glasgow, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth Widmer, sister Wanda Thies, nephews Curtis McFadden and Frank Rodgers.

Visitations is 1-4 p.m., Sunday, January 12th with rosary at 4 p.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salisbury with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions
