Obituary Carolyn Robinson Worley, age 78, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014, at John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Virgil L. Robinson and Mae Wilsie Worley Robinson. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dale Robinson. She worked at Hendrix Drug Store in Canton, Revco at West Gate and Canton as a druggist assistant. She was a member of Beaverdam United Methodist Church and a member of the Western North Carolina United Methodist Building Team. She loved her dogs and farm animals, and especially her grandson, Cody. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bobby Ray Worley; a son, Joe Worley and his wife, Keela, of Canton; a sister, June Causby and her husband, James, of Biltmore Lake; two brothers, Donald Robinson of Canton and Jim Robinson of Harrison, Tennessee; a grandson, Cody Worley. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend David Childers, Reverend Martha Welch, and Reverend Bruce Cayton officiating.
