Sylvia is survived by her children, Rudy and his wife, Christina, Christy and her husband, Ray, Joe and his wife, Sun, Lucinda and her husband, Jeff, Gloria and her husband, Rigulo, Peter, Sophie and her husband, Clarence and Thea and her husband, Eddie, sisters, Beatrice, Florence and Sadie as well as many other family members and friends who loved and will miss her.
Services will be held at Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 4th St. NW, 4th and Alameda, Albuquerque, NM on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. A Rosary will be recited at 8:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Parish Hall. Burial will take place at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM at 3:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Fabian Gurulé, Sebastian Gurulé, Louie Lucero, Anthony García, Nathaniel Chávez and Ashley Sandoval. Honorary pallbearers will be Fabian Gurulé Jr., Christopher García, Savannah Chávez and Benedicta Martínez.
