MOBILE, Ala. - The body of a 92-year-old woman will be exhumed for investigation to determine whether her death was related to injuries she suffered when she was robbed and assaulted two weeks before she died.
She was robbed of $3 and her legs were severely beaten in her home on May 30, said John White, assistant district attorney. White said a man was charged with robbery, but the charge was dismissed June 30 because Oliver, the only witness, had died.
