1st SGT Harry D. Alderman, Sr., 83, of Augusta passed away Friday, January 10, 2014.
1st SGT Alderman was a distinguished military serviceman retiring from the United States Army after serving in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He earned numerous medals during his career. Harry also retired from Georgia Regional Hospital as a maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. He was a loving husband and devoted father, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
