He worked as a pipefitter.
He is preceded in death by his parents: J.C. Stuckey and Edith (Parker) Stuckey; brother: John Parker Stuckey; sister-in-law: Eleta Stuckey; and nephew: Jimmy Kelley, Jr.
He is survived by his wife: Carolyn Stuckey of Chester, Texas; son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Donna Sanford of Highlands, Texas; son: Rodney Sanford of Tulsa, Oklahoma; granddaughter: Carolann Sanford of Highlands, Texas; sisters and brothers-in-law: Carolyn and Jimmy Kelley of Cypress, Texas and Kay and Russell Dillard of Houston, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and his dogs: Little Girl, Junior, and Jake.
