A daughter of Ezekiel and Phoebe (Randolph) Clayton, she married Martin Charles Belcke in 1894. After her husband's death, she lived with her sister, Orpha Peck. After Orpha died, Leona went to live at the state hospital in Bartonville, IL. She died there in 1933 and is buried with her family at Greenwood Cemetery.
