Mr. Stephens was born January 26, 1954 in Forrest City. He was the son of Homer Stephens and Mary Milton Stephens. Mr. Stephens had worked for Arkansas Concrete for a number of years and was a Baptist.
Mr. Stephens is survived by two daughters, Tammy Smith of Forrest City and Amanda Ramsey of Memphis; three brothers, Henry Stephens of Heber Springs, Danny and Gary Stephens both of Forrest City and a sister Marie Bottini of Jasper, Arkansas. Four grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive him.
Services will be held Friday, January 10, 2014 at 2:00 at Stevens Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow at Hughes Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 Thursday at the funeral home. Visit online registry at stevensfuneralhome.net. Under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home
