David C. Coulter, age 59, of Bath, NY died Monday, January 6, 2014. He was born in Boston, MA the son of the late Chan L. and Trocelia A. Coulter. David was a Senior Electrical Engineer at Philips Lighting in Bath. He was an Air Force veteran and while in the service he found his interest for Electrical engineering. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bath and was a Praise Team Leader there. David had a passion for music and especially enjoyed playing the Guitar. He believed his music was his calling and service to God. David played his guitar at every Sunday Supper in the village of Bath, and will be missed by all those who attended.

He also had a strong interest for family geneaology. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Lois M. (Davis) Coulter; six children, Brooke (Wyatt) Rosebrook, Nicole (Brock) Galloway, Elizabeth (Tim Sr.) West, Brenda Gerken, Robert Gerken and Ben Gerken, 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild with one on the way, brother, Burt (Joyce) Coulter; father and mother-in-law Reverend Sidney Davis Sr. and Lois M. Davis; brothers-in-law, Reverend Sidney (Jamie) Davis Jr. and family, John C. (Geiohanna) Davis and family, David (Hortensia) Davis Sr. and family and Jim (Mei) Davis and family, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Sunday January 12th from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Centenary United Methodist Church of Bath, NY. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 pm at the Church with Reverend Jeff McDowell officiating assisted by Reverend Sidney Davis Jr.

Funeral services will also be held in Findlay, OH and burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay, OH.
