Loretta M. Mullins of Paragould, Arkansas died Monday, September 30, 2002 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould. She was 70.

Mrs. Mullins was born June 16, 1932 in Zinc, Arkansas the daughter of Elmer and Gladys Caviness Kelley. On December 26, 1945, she married Ralph Mullins.

Formerly of Summit, Arkansas, Mrs. Mullins had lived in Paragould for the past three years. She was a Pentecostal Minister and member of the Summit Pentecostal Church of God in Summit.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Mullins of Paragould; son, William "Bill" Mullins and wife Betty of Summit; daughter, Judy Davis and husband Danny of Paragould; mother, Gladys Kelley of Yellville, AR; brothers, Joe Kelley, Jimmy Kelley and Dean Kelley all of Summit and Danny Kelley of Flippin, AR; sisters, Ella Johnson of Summit, Wanda Langston of Truesdale, MO, Mary Cannon of Truesdale, MO, Eva Kelley of Summit, AR, Joyce Herdon of Truesdale, Mo and Shirley Scarberry of Summit, AR; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Her father, Elmer Kelley, and son, James Mullins, preceded her in death.

Visitation was held Wednesday, October 2, 2002 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, AR. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 3, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Summit Pentecostal Church of God in Summit with Brother David Schrable officiating. Burial will follow in Georges Creek Cemetery in Yellville.

Pallbearers will be Clifford Decker, Max Bishop, Daniel Davis, Tommy Davis, Robby Forkum and Darrel Wichersham.

Memorials may be made to the Summit Pentecostal Church Building Fund, c/o Box 525, Yellville, AR 72687.
