Holy Cross cemetery records give a birth date of Sep. 8, 1832 , this is most certainly incorrect. All census records indicate Michael was born ca, 1827, the 1900 census records a birth date of September 1827.

Michael fathered 15 children, 6 with his first wife Barbara Weidert and 9 with his second wife Caroline. In addition to those linked here are:

• Joseph Dill (1854-1915) buried in an unknown cemetery in Meadville, PA along with his wife Mary Anna Bishop (1866-1948).
• Magdelaine (Lena) Dill Dickinson, (b. Nov 1855), she is enumerated with her daughter in the 1930 census in Cuyahoga Co., OH. She relocated there after the suicide death of her husband,Frank B. Dickinson.
• Elizabeth, b. ca 1858
• Julia Dill, b. ca 1867
• Flora Dill, b. ca 1875
