It is recorded that Jonathan Adams (3rd son born) had stayed in England for twelve years after his family had emigrated to USA in 1938. (He may have been married during this time, but it is not recorded that he brought any one to USA when he emigrated).

After his father, Henry Adams passed away, his mother remarried to a John Fussell, which was my 9x Great Grandfather.
According to www.archieve.org page 72 (attached) in Medfield, MA John Fussell was not only his stepfather, but was also his father-in-law. How is that possible you may ask? John Fussell's first wife was Elizabeth Rodes/Ryves. They had a daughter Elizabeth Fussell who married Jonathan Adams. They were my 8x Great Aunt and Uncle. The children Jonathan and Elizabeth had together is recorded in Medfield, MA births archieves
