Our mother, grandmother, aunt, and good friend has passed away in San Marcos, CA due to complications with diabetes.

Amy's parents were W.G. and Zella Robbins McBride. Amy was born in Tooele, Utah on November 6, 1920. She married Harold S. Sharp in 1940.

Amy was a caring person with a zest for life. She enjoyed seeing the world and all its treasures. She and Harold traveled to all the continents, making friends along the way. Amy took an active role in life and made a lot of us happier for knowing her.

She leaves her love to daughter, Sandy (Jim) Smithling; grandchildren, Christi (Dave), Sean and Shannon; also special nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law, Ella and Florence McBride, Betty, Maxine, Shirley Sharp, and Deloris Shama.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Harold; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Alice (Mark) Lindberg, Bill (Louise) McBride, Mark McBride, Karl McBride, Geneve (Alan) Jones and Hugh (Mary) McBride.
