Age 20, of Portage, passed away Friday May 15, 1992, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident at State Road 149 and US 20 in Burns Harbor. He was born May 17, 1971 in Valparaiso, the son of Floyd and Diana (Drudge) Adkins; he was employed in the housekeeping department at Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso. He was a Portage High School graduate and a lifelong area resident. Survivors: father of Valparaiso; mother of Chesterton; sister, Wendy Adkins of Portage; nephew, Brandon Adkins of Portage; maternal grandmother Virginia Engle of Westville; aunts, July LaHayne and Karen Reedy of Indianapolis; funeral services will be Tuesday May 19, 1992 at Edmonds and Evans Funeral Home, Chesterton. Rev. Richard Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in McCool Cemetery, Portage.
