Delbert Boyd DeWoody of 20 Carson Avenue, died at 9:45 pm on Tuesday in the Oil City Hospital. Born Nov. 12, 1893 in Pearl, he was a son of Albert and Lydia Collingwood DeWoody.
He retired from Oil Well Supply where he worked as an assemblyman. He was a member of the Eagles Club.
He was married Oct. 5, 1923 to Florence Bumbaugh who survives, with a sister, Mrs. Nancy Paden of Franklin and several nieces and nephews. Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
