She is survived by her father, Willie Lyle; husband, Leroy George Sr; a daughter, Gwendolyn George; five sons, Leroy George Jr, Ricky (Ada) George, David George, Calvin, and Elton George; a brother, Steve (Sadie) Dent; her first cousin, Dorothy Parker; and eleven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Weather Dent Lyle; and two sisters, Ruby and Ada Dent.
